Breast Lift and Augmentation #32088

This is a 47 year old lady that was upset with the shape, position, and sag of her breasts.  We discussed doing a lift to move them upward and reshape them as well as an implant to add volume.  She also has some asymmetry so we planned on two differently sized implants.  She is shown here before and after vertical mastopexy with silicone breast augmentation.  The implants still are early and need to continue to settle but she already has a drastically improved shape.  She received 375cc SSM implants onthe left and 405cc on the right.
