After 2 kids and breastfeeding this 32 year old patient felt that her breasts had lost their volume and started to sag.  She wanted uplifted, perkier, full breasts but to still look very natural.  She is shown 3 months after a mastopexy breast lift with Motiva 380cc Ergonomic breast implants in subfascial muscle sparing pockets.  She chose Ergonomic breast implants as they move more naturally and look more natural than do traditional round breast implants.  I often will suggest a round breast implant with a lift to give more upper pole fullness but this patient wanted to make sure that she did not have high upper pole from round implants that would give her an "augmented" look.  Incisions are fresh and quite red at this point and will fade over the course of the next year.
