This 55 year old lady came to see me about a revision for breasts that began to sag over time. She wanted to go to slightly larger implants and to get the breasts lifted and repositioned. Slightly larger 400cc saline breast implants were placed as well as a breast lift with incisions around the areola to elevate and reposition her natural tissue. She is shown 6 weeks with a revitalized appearance.
