This 22 year old patient came in to see Dr. Sorokin for breast enhancement. On thin patients such as this with little starting breast tissue I typically recommend silicone implants as they feel more natural and have less of a chance of rippling. That being said, some patients are not comfortable with silicone due to the history of having been taking off of the market in the 1980's and 1990's despite all of the safety data. This patient had slight asymmetry to begin with and saline also makes it easier to adjust for this so I placed 320cc on the left and 305cc in the the right.
