This 35 year old patient came to see for a natural looking breast enhancement. Natural was one of her major goals and so when discussing options with her we decided on using the Motiva Ergonomic Implant in a Demi Profile and placing it in a submuscular pocket location. Submuscular tends to have a slightly more natural upper pole slope than a subfascial pocket as the muscle pushes on the top of the implant. She is shown here before and 6 weeks after placement of 320cc Demi profile Motiva Ergonomic breast implants. They have a beautiful natural appearance and are already very soft at 6 weeks and will continue to get even nicer in appearance and feel over the next few months.
