This is a 49 year old patient who wanted to go as full as I safely could go for her. She is petite and based on her measurements the largest I could go was 375cc in a full profile Motiva Round breast implant. These are placed in a submuscular position and shown 6 weeks out. Unfortunately whoever took the postop photos in the office likely smudged the camera lens as the postoperative photos are a little blurry. Even so you can see how beautiful her result is so I am posting them anyway. She is very happy with the results!
