This patient came in with the desire to achieve more upper pole fullness and cleavage. She was starting with a modest amount of breast volume to begin with and was not looking for huge breasts but rather to be fuller and firmer. At 5'1" she didn't want them to be very large. She is shown here before and after placement of 255cc Sientra silicone cohesive gummy silicone breast implants. I placed them in a subfascial location for several reasons. This allowed me to get them closer together in the midline and more upper pole fullness as if they were sub muscular the upper pole would be even more blunted by the muscle pushing on the top of the implant. For someone that likes to do chest exercises muscle preservation breast augmentation with subfascial placement is becoming more and more popular. At one month postoperative she is already happy with the early result.
