Say “hello” to the #newtox, Jeuveau, and say goodbye to frown lines. We are proud to announce that we were among the first in the metro Philadelphia area to offer this exciting new injectable treatment to reduce the visibility of frown lines.
Jeuveau is an injectable neuromodulator, a prescription medication for temporarily stopping muscle contractions in the facial muscles that cause creases between the eyebrows. Much like Botox, by stopping the contractions the tension is released and the skin is allowed to smooth. In turn, the wrinkles fade and new ones are prevented from forming in the treated area.

What is Jeuveau?
Jeuveau is a new neuromodulator that touts a state-of-the-art manufacturing process. The botulinum toxin is the source of most neuromodulators, like BOTOX and Dysport. Its modern production process offers the latest purification and quality assurance processes.
Jeuveau is FDA-cleared for the treatment of moderate to severe glabellar lines, the frown the lines that appear between our eyebrows. It has been studied in over 2,100 patients in 5 clinical studies.
How Is a Treatment Performed?
Jeuveau treatments are simple, quick and effective. Dr. Sorokin will place an aesthetic cream on your skin prior to treatment. He’ll then inject small amounts of Jeuveau into the targeted muscles, and then will apply ice when the entire process is complete.
You should avoid engaging in heavy physical exercise, applying cosmetics, or laying down flat for at least 4 hours after treatment. You should also avoid rubbing or massaging the injected area as this may cause the product to migrate.
