This patient had implants years ago which she felt were now too large and droopy. She desired smaller, natural appearing, more proportional, and lifted breasts. An anchor mastopexy with a smaller silicone (350cc removed and replaced with 200cc) implant was used to lift and reduce natural breast tissue while achieving a youthful, natural breast.
