This young lady wanted large breast implants. She went on several consultations and emphasized that she wanted to be on the very full side after surgery. One doctor told her the most she could do was 325cc. This is unlikely to have provided her with the result she wanted. When using large implants it is important to explain to the patient that over her lifetime the chance for more surgery is much higher due to the effects of large implants on natural tissue.
