This young lady came to see me for breast enhancement looking for breasts on the fuller side of proportional without being super large! This is a common request. I think that there are really 3 groups of ladies seeking breast augmentation. Some are looking for huge breasts. Some are looking for a slighter larger breast much like they achieve with padded bras. Most are looking for breasts that are proportional to their body but with a little extra something. I call this "proportional plus." This is a common request that "if I'm doing this I want to have a little extra without going crazy." This patient is shown before and after breast augmentation with Sientra Gummy Bear 440cc high profile silicone implants. I will also point out that these implants are shown only one month out and have not fully dropped and fluffed yet and will continue to do so over the next few months.
