This patient comes in for breast enhancement with a concern about the size and shape of her breasts. After weight loss they have sagged and she wants them to be larger and fuller. She does not however want a lift. The lift scares her due to the incisions and resulting scars involved. This is a common situation. The problem is that implants alone do not lift the breast. They give you a bigger version of what you start with. Thus, if the breast sags, it will still sag with an implant. The question is if this is acceptable to you or not.  Many woman want more perkiness without a bra than an implant alone will deliver.  I like before and after pictures such as this as they give ladies a realistic impression of what can and cannot be achieved with different surgical procedures in different situations.
