This 5'1" 97lb lady came to see me for breast enhancement. when I have a lady who is consulting for breast augmentation and is as thin as this lady is I stress the differences between saline and silicone implants. On this body type silicone gel implants are going to always feel significantly softer with less rippling. Certainly saline is an option for these patients but silicone will give a nicer result in my opinion. This patient is shown before and after placement of 300cc implants going from a 32A to 32C.
