This young mother came in to see me for breast enhancement after pregnancy and breast feeding left her with deflated appearing breasts. Depending on the degree of deflation after pregnancy some ladies can be well served by just placing a breast implant as in the case here while other ladies may require a lift. The two factors that really determine this difference are nipple position above or below the level of the natural breast crease and amount of loose skin below the crease. This patient is shown before and a month after placement of saline 350cc moderate plus implants via crease incisions.
