This patient came to see me looking for breast enhancement. Being petite and having small breasts she felt that she wanted implants but did not want to be too big. Often patients are concerned that breast implants will make them appear fat. I do not believe this to be the case. Droopy large natural breasts can make one appear fat but properly placed implants positioned up on the chest wall do not. She is shown before and after surgery with 350cc moderate plus Mentor breast implants.
