This young lady came to see me for breast augmentation. Whenever I see a patient starting with smaller (less than a B) breasts and who is very thin (5'5" 120lbs) I recommend silicone over saline implants as they give a much more natural result in terms of both look and feel. The downside of silicone implants is that MRI is required every 2 years to monitor for leaks. This patient is shown before and after placement of 375cc moderate plus silicone gel breast implants.
