My rule of thumb is that for most people 200cc will take them up a cup size. This is not set in stone and a very petite 95 pound lady will likely go up a cup size with 125-150cc versus a 180 pound lady will go up a cup size with 250-275cc. I think this is important to consider when thinking about size. I'll often get the question "What size is that?" when a patient picks up a sample that is sitting on my desk. It is a question I can't answer because 325cc will look very different in different patients. This patient is shown going up about 2 cup sizes with 400cc implants.
