This young lady came to see me for breast implants. She was looking for naturally proportional breasts. She chose to get saline breast implants. Her left breast started with more volume and thus a smaller implant was placed on this side. She received a 375cc on the left and a 400cc moderate plus implant on the right. She is shown before and after her breast augmentation.
