This 22 year old wanted to go from having small breasts to very large round breasts so came to see me for breast augmentation.   She wanted to make sure that she would not regret going too small.  There are limits to how large a plastic surgeon can make breasts based on the patients proportions and her tissue quality.  My goal is to deliver her dream outcome within safe limits.  This patient is shown before and after placement of Motiva Demi Profile 475cc silicone breast implants in subfascial pockets.  She is delighted with her new proportions!
