This 33 year old patient came to see me for breast augmentation from Pennsylvania.  She initially came to see me 5 years ago for a consultation but like many patients spent years thinking about the right time to do this.  There are lots of things that go into a decision to proceed with self improvement cosmetic surgeries.  Patients consider pros and cons, time off from life and work, risks, financial considerations, alternatives, the unknown especially about what the result will be like and much more.  They spend hours looking at before and after photo galleries.  They also need to find a surgeon who not only is qualified to do the surgery but that they feel comfortable with.  For many of our patients it can take years to decide to proceed.  This patient is so happy with her results and very pleased that she did it.  She wanted to be on the fuller side, a little more than proportionally sized and chose 550cc full profile Motiva round breast implants via crease incisions in subfascial pockets.  She had an easy recovery and is delighted with her new curves!
