This is a 36 year old patient who came to see me for rapid recovery breast augmentation.  She wanted a full, natural proportional appearance.  She is shown here before and after subfascial muscle sparing breast augmentation with 380cc Motiva Demi profile round breast implants via crease incisions.  She noted that she had almost no pain after surgery and was back to most activities in just days.  Rapid recovery techniques especially with the popularity of muscle sparing subfascial approaches allows patients to return to almost all activities including chest exercise in about a month for most patients!
