There are several reasons why patients are willing to make the two hour drive from New York City to Cherry Hill (South Jersey Exit 4 of the turnpike) for surgery.  I hope that the most important one is that I provide a world class experience for my patients with results second to none.  The second part may be that I see prices advertised routinely where surgeons are sometimes charging twice if not more than twice what I charge for a breast augmentation.  While I understand that prices in NYC are inflated compared to the surrounding areas it is hard to believe that it costs twice as much in Manhattan for a result and experience that is certainly no better.  A third reason is that I focus my practice on breast augmentation and for many years and do more breast augmentations than most if not all other plastic surgeons in the New Jersey and New York areas.  This patient chose to come to see me from New York for her breast augmentation.  She saw me in my South Jersey office and the surgery was performed in my surgical center as an outpatient.  Surgery was on a Tuesday and I saw her back Wednesday morning.  A week later we saw her via a telemedicine FaceTime visit to check on everything.  This is typically my protocol for out of town patients.  I like to see patients back in a day or two and then around 10 days if more convenient they can be seen via FaceTime.  They come back in about a month for a final check or FaceTime if more convenient.   This patient had 415cc Sientra High Profile breast implants placed in submuscular pockets.  She is shown here before and after her surgery and delighted with her results!
