This is another great example of a patient who I offered either a vertical lollipop incision mastopexy or straight forward crease incision breast augmentation. She had to decide if she wanted to be slightly perkier with the resultant mastopexy scars or to accept the small amount of sag and droopiness present but not have the scars of a mastopexy. This is a common decision that some ladies on the borderline of needing a lift need to make. As a purist and a plastic surgeon it is easy for me to say "you need a lift" but the truth is most women don't want a lift so I like pictures like this that show a very nice result can be obtained without a lift. Is it as perky as some? Perhaps not, but at the end of the day the tradeoff is no scars. So, she is shown here 6 weeks after subfascial muscle sparing breast enhancement with Motiva 380cc Demi profile breast implants with a very nice result!
