This is a beautiful result of a 23 year old lady who was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She came in for breast implants and we discussed the pros and cons between saline and silicone. Given her thin frame and limited breast tissue silicone will give her a softer, more natural result. Thus, she decided to proceed with Alllergan Gummy SoftTouch breast implants. She is shown before and after 365cc silicone breast implants.
