30 year old lady who came to see NJ Breast augmentation surgeon regarding her breast enhancement. She desired an increase in size from A to C. She had a fair amount of deflation to her breasts with descent of her nipples and she decided to proceed with implant augmentation as well as mastopexy. She is shown here 2 months after saline 420cc breast augmentation as well as a periareolar lift. She is very happy with her improved size and shape.
