35 year old came to see NJ breast augmentation surgeon Dr. Sorokin regarding breast enhancement. Of interest was the anomaly that this lady had on physical examination which is called pectus excavatum. The photos demonstrate the inward curvature of her breastbone. This is the most common anomaly of the chest wall and something seen commonly by breast surgeons. Dr. Sorokin specifically measured and picked implants that would help camouflage this appearance. She is shown before and one month after placement of 425cc silicone gel implants via crease incisions. She is very happy with her improved appearance.
