This is a 40 year old lady that came to see New Jersey Breast Implant surgeon Dr. Evan Sorokin regarding breast enhancement options in South Jersey. She complained of loss of volume in the upper portions of her breasts after breast feeding as well as loss in breast size. She desired breast enhancement. After discussing the options of saline versus silicone breast implants she chose to have 460 cc saline breast implants placed in an outpatient surgical center in Southern New Jersey by Dr. Sorokin. She is shown here before and six months after breast augmentation. Closeup photographs of her nearly invisible inframammary (crease) incisions are shown. She was back to most activities in two days and full activities in ten days.
